Have you heard the audio of the event? The pilot keeps his cool the whole time. No screaming, crapping of pants or curling into the fetal position suckinghis thumb and humming Sesame Street tuneage. Guy has fortitude.

No, I didn't know they'd released the audio.I looked for it for a week or so after it happened and gave up. I suppose it's available now that they've investigated.

I truly believe that his calmness impacted the passengers tremendously.
